GTD/Deposit Policy: Credit Card required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
* 10% retention will charged on any cancellation, while booking online.
* Full retention will be charged for cancellation received 7 days prior to
arrival.
* No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival.
* One day pro-rata cancellation charges will be forfeited/levied for
cancellation
received 9 days prior to arrival.
*The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends,
Christmas,
New Year and during certain other times of the year wherein rooms will be
confirmed
subject to non refundable advance
Early Check in Charges:
Check in before 06:00 am will be charged for 1 additional day.
Check in between 6:00 am & 11:00 am will be charged 50% of room rent.
Late Check out Charges:
Check out after 06:00 pm will be charged for 1 additional day.
Check out between 01:00 pm & 06:00 pm will be charged 50% of room rent.
